Returns Period
We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and unassembled
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Electrical appliances (Coffee machines, Fans, Food processors mixers and blenders, Fryers and air fryers, Heaters, Irons, Kettles, Kitchen scales)
- Products that have been assembled, used, or removed from their original packaging
- Items without proof of purchase

How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- We will email you a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions for returning your item.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to us at the address provided, including the Returns Authorisation Number clearly on the package.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and place a new order on our website for the item you wish to receive.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with details and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
