Shipping Information

Order Processing

We endeavour to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your items have been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship globally, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Please see our two shipping options below:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Returns Period

We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition of Items for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

• Be in their original, unused, and unassembled condition.
• Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number).

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following products:

• All Electrical Appliances: This includes Coffee machines, Fans, Food processors mixers and blenders, Fryers and air fryers, Heaters, Irons, Kettles, and Kitchen scales.
• Any product that has been assembled, used, or removed from its original packaging.
• Items without proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day returns period. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
2. Get Authorisation: We will email you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for sending your item back to us.
3. Pack Securely: Please package the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship to Us: Ship the item to the address below, ensuring the RAN is clearly written on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will process your refund within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the standard return process outlined above. Once we have processed your return, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and include details and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the associated return shipping costs.
