All electrical appliances (including Coffee machines, Fans, Food processors, Fryers, Heaters, Irons, Kettles, and Kitchen scales) are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to your statutory rights.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. We will send an order confirmation email once we’ve received your order. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occurs when we dispatch the goods to you.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order placement.

Shipping

We endeavour to process orders within 1-2 business days. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch

We ship globally, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we offer returns within 15 days of receipt, provided that:

• The item is in its original, unused, and unassembled condition
• The original packaging with all tags and labels is intact
• You have valid proof of purchase (order number)

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on electrical appliances or any product that has been assembled, used, or removed from its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and item details. We will provide a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory legal rights.
